Maynard tweeted this afternoon an interview that he recorded with the 1 Wine Dude. It’s reasonable long (over 40 minutes) but I’ve just listened to the whole thing, and it’s well worth checking out, as Maynard touches on a range of subjects, including how wine making works in with his various band commitments.
Just got an email from imbread_love_child who sent me a link to the Boonstock Music Festival website, and it looks like A Perfect Circle will be headlining one of the days. The rest of the lineup looks pretty terrible, but at least there’s one act worth seeing! Just got word from a couple of Fourtheye readers today that A Perfect Circle will be playing the Edgefest in Toronto on the 9th of July. Other bands on the lineup include Rise Against, The Weakerthans, Tokyo Police Club, Arkells, The Reason and Dinosaur Bones. I can’t imagine this will be the only show, so I’d imagine the East Coast mat see a few dates this time round.
