Kabir Posts a Review of 10,000 Days

Owner of the semi-official Tool website TDN (tool.down.net) Kabir last night posted a vague thread at Tool Navy simply saying: “so … i’ll have some more info about the album tonight.” I’m sure most of you reading this were amongst the 500+ fans that were refreshing the site every few seconds desperate for some new information. The site went down after a few hours leaving us all in the lurch… Read More »Kabir Posts a Review of 10,000 Days

Caduceus.org

I finally had a chance to check out the newly renovated Caduceus.org. I tried to check it out the other week after I’d heard it had changed, but for whatever reason it didn’t seem to load the Flash properly (damn Flash, my #1 annoyance on the web). If you haven’t checked it out, and you have an interest in Maynard and his wine endeavours, then make sure you do. The… Read More »Caduceus.org

New Tool Article

Darkmoogle has brought to my attention a new Tool article. I’m not 100% sure, but it looks like it’s from a magazine called Rock Sound, presumably a British mag since it mentions the Download Festival. There’s a scan of the article below, but in case you don’t feel like squinting: It confirms that 10,000 Days is the name of the CD Tracks include “Rosetta Stoned”, “Lost Keys (Blame Hoffman)” and… Read More »New Tool Article

Maynard on TV

Robert pointed to this article on Blabbermouth that says Maynard will be appearing in a new documentary “All We Are Saying”, premiering on Showtime on Wednesday March 8.  Presumably some American channel called Showtime and not the movie channel on Australias Foxtel.

First Single – Visceral?

Ok, this is just some more speculation, based on a post by nocode4444 on Toolarmy, but he’s suggested a rumour that the first single will be called Visceral and that a possible picture from the video was posted on Camella’s Myspace site by Adam.  The picture has since been recognised as from else where, but considering the first single may be “P or V” as Obelisong hinted in the January… Read More »First Single – Visceral?

DVD’s also available on TA

Blair has made a couple of posts on TA. The first one suggests that the Tool DVD’s will be available on Friday to order from the Bazaar. This orders will be collected over the weekend and then shipped on the following Monday and Tuesday, so any Americans should recieve them before they hit the shops. Other people like me will have to wait a little longer I suppose, but I’d… Read More »DVD’s also available on TA

Maynard on Underworld Evolution soundtrack

Blabbermouth.net report that Maynard will be appearing on the Underworld: Evolution soundtrack, the sequel to the ‘hit’ movie Underworld. Presumably it’ll be some Puscifier type stuff again. Some of you may also be happy to hear that Slipknot and Linkin Park will also be appearing on the soundtrack. * Note to self, don’t see this movie or buy soundtrack….
