A Perfect Circle track recorded? Newsletter + Tool goodies on Ebay

According to a recent tweet by Antiquiet (and also on Billy Howerdel’s Facebook so I hear): Maynard and I just got done tracking some vocal for a new APC song Hopefully this means we’ll see a new A Perfect Circle track sometime in the not too distant future. As I posted a few days ago the December Newsletter was just released.  Now I’ve had a chance to read it, here’s… Read More »A Perfect Circle track recorded? Newsletter + Tool goodies on Ebay

Tool November 2010 Newsletter

Sometime over the weekend (not sure when as I was away caving) Blair posted the November Tool newsletter on Toolband.  Looks like an interesting read! Haha classic: Sounds like someone cracked a fat without a franger. Nice one Blair, that New Orleans gig sounds awesome too…

Tool October 2010 Newsletter

Just to keep us on our toes Blair has released the October Newsletter at the beginning of the month rather than the end.  It’s really just a summary of upcoming events that people should consider attending including an a gallery with some of Adam’s art on display, a Crowleymas celebration where Danny & Blair will be signing books and such, a Volto! and Cpt. Kirk gigs and an event at… Read More »Tool October 2010 Newsletter

Tool September Newsletter published

Blair published the September 2010 newsletter on Toolband this morning, which once again confirms that Tool are taking part in the Big Day Out tour.  It does mention that fans are hoping for some solo shows, but neither confirms nor denies that these will happen, so I guess we’ll have to wait a little longer on that.  Seems to me that they won’t be announced prior to Big Day Out… Read More »Tool September Newsletter published

Tool August Newsletter

Blair’s August Tool Newsletter is now out.  I’m not sure how long it’s been up since I’ve been without power for the last couple of days!  I’ve only briefly read it, but it appears to revolve around an email he received from a Tool fan looking for somewhere to stay in LA.  No doubt there are many codes and mysteries contained within that I expect you all to analyse and… Read More »Tool August Newsletter

July Tool Newsletter

Blair has released the July 2010 Newsletter on Toolband, and it’s a short one.  It briefly discusses the tour, their plans to continue writing and a four seeded peanut: I reached into a bag of peanuts, grabbed a handful, and upon cracking open the FIRST ONE, was amazed to see that it contained four perfectly formed peanuts. Immediately it hit me that this was a most auspicious sign – a… Read More »July Tool Newsletter

Tool June 2010 Newsletter

Blair just published the June 2010 Newsletter on Toolband.  It’s a pretty short and straight forward one talking mainly about the tour.  Interesting thing to note is that: Apparently the band listed on various Tool fansites as the support isn’t correct.  We’ll see in under 24 hours if Wovenhand are really playing I guess.  We should know who will be supporting all the shows by Monday. He doesn’t know what… Read More »Tool June 2010 Newsletter

May 2010 Newsletter, LA Dates

Blair put out the May 2010 Tool newsletter on Toolband today, and it turns out that it’s his 10th anniversary as writer/content manager.  Congratulations Blair, and despite what some say I’ve always felt he’s been an great webmaster give then guidelines he must work within. Plenty of goodies inside the newsletter, though I haven’t had a chance to read the full thing, but here’s the bit I like: Also, with… Read More »May 2010 Newsletter, LA Dates

Tool March Newsletter

Prepare your banishing irons – the March newsletter is now out.  Here’s the bit you need to know, the rest can be found at the usual locations: Members of the band are still in the process of writing new material (three days a week), and with the latest leg of the “Puscifer” tour nearing completion, it shouldn’t be long before the dry-erase board is filled with a bewildering array of… Read More »Tool March Newsletter
