Danny Confirms Big Day Out

According to many Kiwi’s, Danny confirmed last night that Tool will be playing on the Big Day Out. That’s no surprise to anyone I’m sure. Presumably the official BDO announcement will be made in the coming weeks. Part 2 of the interview will apparently show some more detail into the hobbies of the various members. Sydney Update

Just a little confirmation on details for the Sydney Tool show on the 24th of January.  Prices are $115 for Gold tickets, which is General Admission, and $90 for Silver, which are the seats at the back.  GA will be my goal but anywhere in the building will be good enough for me. Australian Tour

Triple J finally got around to announcing, that Tool will be playing: Sydney 24th January, 2007 Melbourne 31st January, 2007 Dates in NZ, Queensland, Adelaide and Perth to be announced. Tickets go on sale later this month (the 25th of August according to the website the other day). What’s not on the tour

Blair makes another Toolarmy exclusive post today outlining several things that will not be appearing on tour. Crush in San Diego

According to SignOnSanDiego there was a crush at the Street Scene concert in San Diego last night during the Tool set.  Around 15 people were injured and sent to hospital despite pleas from Maynard for the crowd to take it easy.
