Re: Your Top Thirteen Halloween Tracks

I don't know where to go with this (what's a "Halloween song" anyway?) so I just went with 13 tracks that have a creepy sort of ambience: Sonic Youth - Halloween (funnily enough) Einsturzende Neubauten - Wassterturm Caroliner Rainbow - Rise Of The Common Woodpile (but you could technically...

I hate this government so very, very, much. They're destroying my life. Er....yeah. Suddenly you're all so "oppressed" and opportunities that once were there are now gone. At the very least now the ADULTS are back in charge. No more grandstanding, no more fluffy attention seeking speeches...

I really liked Hesitation Marks. But for Reznor to suggest that this new material of his "pushes boundaries" is puzzling in the extreme.

It doesn't push any boundaries. It's just poppier and less angsty.

Yeah, but realistically I think a time window of between August and November 2014 for a release date is believable.

It's more or less confirmed now that Maynard is involved. Most likely he has a rough demo of the new album in his possession. The album doesn't need to be completely finished with all the bells and whistles added for him to start writing his contribution. It's obviously close to finishing - just may...

The fuck could Sunn O))) ever be considered "hipster"? Because they're "unconventional" and they spend a lot of time and effort on the aesthetics of the final product?

The fuck is "hipster" anyway?
