fucked up the quote's lol. how about this flick?? Del Toro is a maniac!!!
I watched a trailer for that in an Imax theatre with a stunning sound system the other week; I thought it looked fucking awesome at the time, but I have to say now, watching it on my laptop on youtube, I'm not particularly thrilled.
I would recommend the latest Tommy Cruise film though, Oblivion- most of it was pretty damn good, and I didn't feel like leaving half way through which is unusual for me with most films these daysÂ

I'm with you on Oblivion, Tommy Cruise rules. guy is like 20 for his last 23 when it comes to good flicks. he's shooting 87% from the floor.

Del Toro is a good director, however there have been too many terrible big robot/monster CGI type movies of late to me to be particular excited about this.
that's awfully cynical of you.

Watched Skyfall the other night.. Can tell it was inspired by Chris Nolan, but really enjoyed it for a Bond movie..
^ Right on dude. I think Daniel Craig is easily the best Bond of all time. Less silly gadget shit, slightly more serious tone. I thought Skyfall was fantastic, but my favorite Bond flick is actually Quantum of Solace. Many critics were not big on Quantum of Solace because it was a much darker flick for a Bond film, but that is part of what I like about it.
Daniel Craig = best bond ever. he jacks people in those movies. very convincing, unlike Pearce whats his name. that pencil neck fuck couldn't punch his way out of a wet paper bag, with scissors in his hands.

Anybody here with a boner for Iron Man 3 should cool off now.
It was really very mediocre and there is a horrendous "twist" that more or less ruins the whole film.
Iron Man also teams up with a precocious kid from the sticks who helps him save the world and who makes lots of precocious kid type smart ass comments in a vain attempt at comedy - like in some dumbass "buddy" flick.
It really was as nauseating as it sounds.
And yes....I am a fan of the Iron Man franchise.
Score :Â 4/10
