I plan to, but I'd rather you use literally in the correct sense as well.

Fair enough.

May I lend it to you through Dropbox, perhaps?

Already downloaded. It's next on my reading list. Appreciate the offer though.

Ah. Once step ahead, I see.

(How was "DEAR ESTHER"?)

This goes for you as well as everyone: I'm really happy to share my collection with everyone. Dropbox has been working for me and my friend, but perhaps you'd prefer email? Either way, all good.

Please note that this is for BORROWING purposes only. I'd expect you to delete the files after fourteen days - but I obviously can't make you.

I tend to go the occult or fairly underground stuff. I have most of the BATMAN one shots, though. I have a beautiful digital of "Arkham Asylum: A Serious House on Serious Earth" by the dude who did the covers for "SANDMAN". That's in a PDF, so should be easy to download and view.

If you want things like "HELLBLAZER" (GOD TIER, by the way), be prepared for a few gigs.

I'm happy to serve. :)

Played about 30 minutes yesterday, and seemed interesting. Ask me again later in the week though.

OK, first off... Hellboy: read From Hell post haste. That movie is disgusting.

I'm a pretty casual fan of the medium, and extremely picky. It should go without saying that anything from Alan Moore is pretty much requisite reading, but here are my absolute favorites (in no real order, and what will surely read like the ultimate casual enthusiasts list aka "boring"):

Watchmen
From Hell
Alan Moore's Swamp Thing run (seriously this is amazing stuff)
Maus
Lost Girls (so great, blind buy this thing and read it with your lady friend)
Preacher
Promethea

You liked "PROMETHEA" and "LOST GIRLS"?

That's surprising.

LOVE both of them. Currently going about acquiring the Absolute editions of Promethea before they're gone. I have the first edition Lost Girls. You didn't like?

10 Comic Books That Would Make Excellent TV Shows

This is what happens when people who think they know about comic books talk about comic books. Apart from "Y: THE LAST MAN", this is a horrendous list. Not only are nine of the series terrible, but a few of them are actually incredibly derivative.

Anything is a good TV show if it has a decent story and compelling characters. Unfortunately, most of this list lacks both.

Why do people pretend to know what they're talking about when it comes to things like this? It's not just comic books, either.

She Hulk could work in a tongue in cheek sort of way, see Harvey Birdman.

Oh, that's an easy one with a definitive answer: they work for the Gawker empire.
