Na I just picked it for shits and giggles. Perth is intriguing to me given how far away it is from the next large city in Australia. One of the most isolated large cities in the world. I knew Western Australia was a bit on the empty side and most of the population was on the East Coast (and Adelaide in the South), but didn't quite realize just how far away it was from Adelaide. I didn't realize there were no other even medium size cities in Western Australia. Mandurah and Burnbury both have populations under 100,000. Crazy how empty Western Australia is. Just me being a geography nerd. Back to the RugbyBusty McCracken wrote: ↑Wed Apr 03, 2019 4:08 pm Why Perth? Slept with a freurlein there that took ya fancy? Also there is no Perth team

Yeah there's a whole of fuck all out there mate. The distance between Melbourne/ Adelaide to Perth is the reason they're increasingly getting shafted on the live music front too.M0G wrote: ↑Thu Apr 04, 2019 3:23 pmNa I just picked it for shits and giggles. Re: NRL
I rarely punt but when I do I try to avoid backing my own team. Doubles the disappointment of a loss.
Our teams go at it next week. Go Manly

I should have posted in this thread when it first came up. I am a Broncos fan and currently we are a bag of massive dicks...
I have no love for Manly (Busty), but I have a soft spot (Tyson) for the Knights way down low .
I think the Broncos are a piece of shit at the moment. Manly actually look pretty good (though the loss of Tommy T is big) and Newcastle will do okay. Even as a QLD'er I have a lot of respect for Mitch Pierce I think he is a good half, maybe the Broncos should have bought up...

Yeah I thought the Broncs were mad to put such faith in a coach with one year under his belt. Not gonna lie , as a Welshman who doesn't like the Broncos , I have little sympathy for them at the moment. I expect em to get better but would make me smile seeing them miss the 8 given the way they treated Bennet last year

I hope he continues to play for them and continues to suck. His smug face scoring time after time in origin leaves little room for any sympathy from me
