It’s come to our attention that a small number of Tool Army Exclusive VIP Packages have made it into the hands of non-Tool Army Members.
We are aware that during the Tool Army VIP Package pre-sale last week, the ticketing embed on a gated / members-only page was compromised and shared on Reddit, allowing a small number of non-TA members the ability to buy VIP Packages reserved for Tool Army members.
We value our members and want to do what we can to ensure that all Tool Army member exclusive offers stay within the Army.
As a result, we will be cancelling the orders placed by non-members and releasing that inventory so that Tool Army members have their fair chance at these packages.
These VIP Packages will go back on sale this Monday, September 23rd at 12pm local time and will be limited to members who had joined the Tool Army prior to 1pm PT on September 4th.
To help ensure these packages go to members only, purchases will require an active membership and unique password. Each order will need to be under the name of an active Tool Army member.
Any order that does not meet this criteria will be voided and returned back to inventory.
Anyone who joined the Tool Army after this date or any Tool Army members who have already purchased packages will not be issued a code.

My guess is they are cross-referencing the TA database with VIP ticket purchasers. Not sure what they are looking at exactly for unique identifiers. Maybe first/last name and email address?

Then I couldn't see them because of the weather at Epicenter. And now I can't see them because my purchase didn't align with their "integrity". Just take my money you fuckers.

ahh man that's rough. Keep watching the secondary market. Tickets get really cheap the day of the show. A friend of mine got tickets for half off an hour before the show once.

You could join the Tool Army if you want access to VIP tickets. They are doing what the should and it sounds like they are giving TA members who have been flagged enough time to make sure they don't get cancelled on accident. People waste money on Pateron and Go Fund Me all the time. $50 a year for access to tickets or what have you is not a big deal, if that is something you are interested in.

Given that the stated "showtime" is 7:30 and they have an opening band, any guesses as to when Tool will likely go on and how long they might play? I think they played around 2 hours when I saw them before.

Probably around 9:00 and end by 11:00, just like every other arena show.

Wish they could still keep the lights off during intermission and do the light shows to all the intermediate tracks on the album. Just checked the time on them and it would be right around 10 minutes if they all played.
