Hello there everyone. Hope ya Friday is treating you all well.
I was fortunate enough to get nice seats for the Perth gig, but unfortunate circumstances with my new job means I will be rostered on and can no longer make the Perth show
I’m committed enough to fly over and go to one of the Melbourne shows, but I don’t have a ticket as I only just found out about my roster, and both shows are sold out. If anyone hears of a ticket being sold, or if anyone has a spare definitely let me know, as I’m desperate to go see them!!

Now this is just a thought bubble here and I'm not saying anything of anything but just as an observation the last time Tool played Eulogy was after a fellow peer of that era Chris Cornell, killed himself.
Once again just a thought bubble and a terrible thing to have happen again, but what if closer to the Australian shows another peer of that era was to off themselves.
Now I'm not saying Australian Tool fans should bombarded the social media of those peers of another era of messages of 'Kill yourself' or 'You suck' or even 'Do it for Tool ya spastic British bitch! Trip Hop isn't even a real genre!' I'm just making observations.
*Please take this as it's directed and don't bully Beth ffs.

I hope you guys get the first run of 7empest. With all the shit your country is dealing with you deserve it. I saw the most heartbreaking thing on the news. Someone videoed an obviously severely burned Koala running INTO more flames in terror. I about burst into tears and will happily go the rest of my life without seeing something like it again.

That's just how fucking metal koalas are mate.

I'm not a fan of children at gigs, particularly poorly parented ones.

Anyone going to the Perth show? I've got seated tickets and I'm hoping they don't suck, apparently gold is suppose to mean something. I've never actually had seated tickets before, doe that mean we're not allowed to stand?? If anyone is and wants to meet up for a brewski before hand hit me up. Also has anyone got their hard copy tickets yet? I just realized I have to make my way to a ticketek outlet to collect. 2 weeks and a day!!

Yeh I foolishly selected venue collection also so need to head to nearest outlet to collect.
As for sit vs stand. If people in front of you are standing I say go for it , otherwise I think it may be considered a dick move. Haven't spent enough time in seats at gigs to know the etiquette but I'm guessing seats means seated.

My tickets to the Brisbane show arrived the other day, now I just have to be patient for the next couple of weeks.
This show is going to be very special for me as my eldest son turns 18 a few days earlier and is going to come along to witness his first ever concert, which appropriately is TOOL. I can't wait...
