Also weird they are leaving out 'Litanie contre la peur' from the release again... Must be some issue with that track that we are unaware of... gotta be a copyright issue with Dune/Herbert

Much more reasonable in comparison to the US price. Still, I don't know I'm inclined to purchase another fancy edition. I'd happily buy a cheaper FI vinyl for day to day listening, but not for more than ~$80

According to Discogs is seems like the lyrics are on the poster rather than on the gatefold, and doesn't include 7empest

Can confirm. litanie contre le peur was completely left off the record, which makes no sense because there is ample room on Side B prior to Invincible (right where you would expect it to be), but no, its not included anywhere. The tracklist and all the lyrics are on the back of the poster (none for 7empest). No text is on the gatefold at all, no track list, nothing. The records do not have indications or text of what tracks are on what sides. Its rather annoying. You have to pull out the poster, unfold it, and check the track list order to know which record to put on. Would be handy if they placed the tracklist somewhere inside the gatefold its so you didnt have to pull out the poster. Or at the very least put the songs on the center sticker of each record. 7empest is spelled "Tempest" on the poster at the bottom, but no lyrics are included.

Tool is staying rather consistent by releasing content that feels unfinished, or leaving things off as if they were forgotten. Im excited that i was able to snag a standard vinyl from amazon though. It does sound great.

I assume it doesn't exist because they are using the same masters as the box set, just pressed onto less physical discs. Leaving it off both is a strange omission though

a great first listen to the vinyl was a whole new experience to the album. a different light.
