So this is the third account I've had to create to login. Obviously my old handle didn't transfer over so I had to create a new one. My last one (insertcrypticnamehe) will no longer let me login and when I ask for a password reset it says it has no history of that member name/email.

Upon attempting to invoke the User Control Panel, I was rudely presented with this tripe:
