Still waiting to hear back from orders@toolband to make sure the $1k i dropped are for seats together! So annoyed, should've just been the patient and not bought them through TA. Otherwise I'm stoked!

Since TA seems like a hands on deal, I lean towards the thinking that will catch that and hopefully put your seats together.

Although having seats on the floor seems odd it will be nice not having to be sandwiched between a bunch of sweaty guys trying to push in front of you.

Yeah me too, they have responded back to me pretty quickly before with questions I've had about purchases. I'm thinking maybe even they aren't sure how to approach the seating (I can't be the only one who had to buy 2 seperate tickets on TA am I? right?) anyways I'm just emailing them each week that goes by. Anyway though I have two tickets for an awesome experience! can't wait!

I really would've thought there were more people on here (4E) that are going or responded by now, Az. seems like a heavy TOOL fanbase. Even our local radio station has had 10 o'clock tool time (half hour of nothing but tool songs, so like 2 songs haha) every week day for quite awhile now. Even though I prefer GA/standing for these arena shows, and they are doing seats, I won't miss the meat heads that do turn up for these shows. Unfortunately here in AZ it seems like concerts are a reason for people getting stupid drunk and being a nu-sense. but then again whats new with live rock shows I guess

What ruined general admission for me: Last general admission show I was at was NIN, I got there early and ended up 2nd row center from the gate. A guy flew in from peru for this show, who was farting up a storm, and also didn't know what deodorant was. On top of that he sang along with literally every song so loudly that I could hardly actually hear trent.

At least with seats I won't have to be within inches of some smelly dude.

The good thing about GA is that you can move to somewhere else. The bad thing about seats is that you can't....

Hello, and thank you for purchasing a VIP package for US Airways Center on March 27, 2014. Here are the details regarding the show and your VIP experience. Please note: this information is INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT, so please read everything VERY CAREFULLY! Additionally, please let everyone in your party know this information as well:

· Please arrive at the venue promptly at 1:00pm to check-in for your VIP experience.

· Check-in will take place at the Box Office Lobby located inside the Casino Arizona Pavilion. Please tell security you are there for the Tool VIP.

· Parking is $20 and located in the attached garage.

· If you and someone else with a VIP package would like to sit together, please make sure to be next to each other in the check-in line.

· Please do not bring any gifts for the band.

· Personal items will not be allowed in the venue for signatures. You will be provided with exclusive gift items at check-in. Feel free to bring a poster tube for an 11x17 poster.

· Please note: Packages can ONLY be claimed with a government issued photo identification with the name(s) provided for the willcall list. Please remember to bring your purchase receipt, either printed or on your phone.

· You will be given the option to leave the venue after soundcheck. Please note, if you leave, you will have to re-enter with the general public.

· Please bring your own beverages (non-alcoholic) in sealed plastic bottles, as well as snacks for the day. No glass or aluminum allowed.

· Here are details for the VIP Experience:

o You will be given your gift bag & show ticket at check-in. The Q&A with Adam Jones will occur from 2pm – 4pm and will include a meet & greet. At approximately 4:45pm, you will be given access to watch soundcheck. After soundcheck, you will have the opportunity to purchase merchandise at a discounted rate. Please note times after 2pm are subject to change.

o Camera phones are not allowed during Q&A, sound check or performance, but will be allowed during the meet & greet, within reason. Personal & professional cameras are not allowed.

I HIGHLY doubt you're getting VIP tickets if this is how you're acquiring them. As far as I know, all the VIP passes sold out. So the chances of someone who bought a VIP cancelling, then the band allowing it to go to a friend of a friend of a friend is pretty slim imo.

I'm sure you're still going to get decent seats, I just wouldn't get your heart set on VIP. Enjoy the show!

I don't know if they sold them out they were still available before they took them all down, fresno and phoenix were the last passes (fresno being still offered after the show on toolband) in any case I agree, sent you (cosmos) a pm which hopefully helps.
