Re: Video game news
Has there really been a lot of hype on Watch Dogs? After the game got delayed, it kinda fell of the face of the earth until recently. I'm probably going to wait until i see some good reviews before i pass judgment on this one. Evolve, Destiny, and Tom Clancy's the Division are the games i'm most excited about. E3 is just around the corner tho, should be an interesting one. I'm really hoping to see some good NEW IP's.
Assassins Creed hasn't been good since brotherhood, talk about Copy and Paste game play IMO. Great story, but the gameplay just get's to repetitive for me. If Unity really is 4 player co-op though, this may bring me back to the series. I thought the Multiplayer had a lot of potential, but Ubisofts inability to make a decent matchmaking system killed it.

Disagree about the single player, fucking love it..but completely agree about the multiplayer. Tried playing the multiplayer numerous times and it just doesn't do anything for me. There is one mode that is fun, I think it is Wolfpack. Playing with a friend and getting synchronized kills and shit like that. Other than that it gets old quick.Umadbrah? wrote:Has there really been a lot of hype on Watch Dogs? After the game got delayed, it kinda fell of the face of the earth until recently. The Division is one I am excited about as well. The Order 1886 looks fantastic as does the new Wolfenstein. At this point I am just enjoying the PS4. I have bought just about every game released so far and will probably buy most of the new ones as they come out. It is a fun time for gaming. 60fps, 1080p...gotta love it.

I also agree that The Division looks like the best of the AAA bunch at the moment.
I'm still really looking forward to Elite: Dangerous and Wasteland 2 though. The new Dragon Age game sounds good as well.

Rainbow Six: Patriots looked cool back when they first announced it. Sucks that it seemed to have been canned.

I still haven't gone back to that. After the two hour cut-scene at the beginning, the very idea of returning to it makes me lethargic. Not Tyson wrote:Speaking of Ass Greed, I couldn't stand the first one, gave up.

Sorry dude, but after you called Assassins Creed one of the best games of all time, I'm not sure I trust your judgement on games.M0G wrote:Don't waste your time. Fucking boring.hellboy wrote:I have it, but I've never played it!
Re: Video game news
Dude how can you not like Assassins Creed? I mean I could understand your reservations had I said Call of Duty was one of the greatest games of all time. But AC is a blast. As for best game of all time that is easy. The Last of Us. It is literally a perfect game.hellboy wrote:Sorry dude, but after you called Assassins Creed one of the best games of all time, I'm not sure I trust your judgement on games.M0G wrote:Don't waste your time. You should trust my judgement. We seem to have similar taste in games, you and I.hellboy wrote:Sorry dude, but after you called Assassins Creed one of the best games of all time, I'm not sure I trust your judgement on games.M0G wrote:Don't waste your time. "TRINE 2" is one of the prettiest and most satisfying games I've ever played. I have absolutely no time for sidescrollers, but this and "THE SWAPPER" are totally the exceptions.
Don't expect anything too in-depth. It's just a lovely little game to play when you're in the mood for something a little relaxing, but not tedious. The puzzles are actually pretty satisfying to solve, too.

Re: Video game news
Far Cry 4 has been announced, releases in November.
http://blog.ubi.com/far-cry-4-release-date-kyrat/Taking a sharp turn away from the lush island jungles of the top-rated Far Cry 3, Far Cry 4 is set in Kyrat, an untamed region currently ruled by a despotic self-appointed king. But don’t be lulled into a false sense of security by the achingly beautiful views; Kyrat is a wild land full of perils. Once again, players will be able to craft their own stories as they travel through this exotic open world teeming with wildlife – using their wits along with an assortment of powerful weapons and diverse vehicles.

and in the same day The Division has been delayed.

I'm not surprised at all by this. I'm predicting a Holiday 2015 or Q1 2016 release. Or right around the Tool release.
Fixed Farcry boxart
