I think I'd be laughed out of this place in a second if I claimed I was above the petty name calling. However, not once I have used a homosexual slur to abuse someone.
Yes, I'm saying that's my limit. It should be yours, too. If this forum is open to the public, I'd rather someone sees "crow011" as a person who berates idiots for having stupid opinions, rather than "crow011" as being that juvenile moron who calls everyone "gay" and "fag" all the time. There's a different level of class, and once you bring "fag" (or a word or term similar to that) into the equation, it makes the whole place look puerile.
And why is it so easy for you to single someone like me out? I can't speak for anyone else, but there are certain recent members here who have either obviously trolled, or just said some really, really stupid things.
I think I have a right to voice my dissatisfaction toward those people. Sure, I could often do it in a better tone, but hey - internet.
Lucky for all of us, however, that I'm getting pretty bored with this place. I lurk like a mofo when I'm doing my business online, as there's only so many times I can reply to the same idiots - but that's the most enjoyment I get.
Still love the community and the usual suspects - just don't see the point in replying to and arguing with the same people over and over again.
