Yeah i'm sure when Tool were writing 10,000 Days that Korn was a big influence. They must have been listening to that song and something just clicked; they looked at each other and said "this is it, this is what we've been searching for, this is the missing ingredient" and then proceeded to copy the song's riff and tone. I think you're onto something here, Tyson. Fucking brilliant...
