While you could see the Chuck betrayal coming from a mile away, I was hoping that they would throw in a twist to the twist (I was rooting for Chuck to not be such a complete asshole)... but I guess Jimmy needed the heartache as a catalyst. Yet he still feels loyalty. Admirable.

What a great season we got. A heartwarming character who is struggling and a beautifully disturbing story.

Well, Chuck isn't exactly wrong about Jimmy. He should've had faith that he was a new man, which he probably was, but he wasn't wrong. Jimmy could've chosen to stay on the "right" path, but he doesn't. Chuck's not wrong, but he is an asshole.

This show didn't seem to take off too much in this forum. Finally getting around to watching it, am up to episode 7 of season 2.

Went in with low expectations & really enjoying it so far. Can see it wouldn't be for everyone & definitely is a different show to what I expected it to be, but loving it. Especially like how it's slowly tying into the BB universe more & more.

Thoroughly enjoyed BB as well, even though I was relatively late to the bandwagon there.

Better Call Saul was great as well - I really need to get around to watching season 2.

I don't think Better Call Saul will ever be as big as Breaking Bad, but I think it might actually be the better show of the two.

I don't think it's better than BB but it is pretty damn good. It's odd though, you can easily make the argument that Saul was only the 3rd most important character this season.

I enjoyed Better Call Saul much more than I expected that's for sure. As to whether it's better - well it's right up there. I wouldn't make that call until it's done.

I'm a breaking bad fan through & through so don't rate Saul as highly as BB, but still finding it to be a great show in it's own right.

Was expecting a mish mashed show of the wacky adventures of Saul & his clients & instead got a really well written series in the same vein as BB which was a great surprise. Am especially liking how we know Saul, Mike &
