The unread posts button works well enough for me that I don't really feel it's necessary to have a list of unread and recently updated posts at the top. As such I think there should be a large drawing of a fish at the top instead.

MS word import button seems to have failed me...
Tried to import b/c the reply text box failed to load for me after 6 tries.
Now after the import fail it loaded and this is ctrl-v:
Agreed 2-4 stickies, depending on how long/often a thread is posted in should suffice.
Just discovered the genius of hovering your mouse over the arrows next to original and newest post. The text balloon preview is sweet.
